SOURCE complaint-handling procedure

The lawyers affiliated to SOURCE attach great importance to the satisfaction of their clients. SOURCE’s lawyers do their utmost to provide you with the best possible service. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are dissatisfied with a certain aspect of our services. Below is a description of what you can do.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services or with the invoice, we request that you first submit your objections to the attorney handling them. If you wish, your written complaint can be assessed by one of SOURCE’s other lawyers, who will then be appointed for that task by SOURCE.

In consultation with you, we will try to find a solution for the problem that has arisen as soon as possible. We will always confirm this solution to you in writing. You can expect our written response to your written complaint in principle within four weeks.
